CR-V is equipped with an efficient automatic continuously variable transmission and 16-inch wheels, whereas the Pilot comes with a rugged 6-speed automatic and 18-inch wheels. CR-V can tow 1,500 pounds and Pilot is good for 5,000 pounds.
