Hamilton Honda Earns the President's Award, Honda's Most Prestigious Dealership Award
For Immediate Release.
February 10, 2011 - Hamilton, NJ: American Honda Motor Co., Inc., has announced that Hamilton Honda (www.HamiltonHonda.net) is a recipient of its highest dealership honor, the President's Award for 2010. The coveted award is presented to top-performing Honda dealerships across the country, based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation, including customer service and satisfaction, sales, training and facility operation.
Approximately only 15% of the Honda dealerships in the United States achieve the President's Award each year. The President's Award reflects Hamilton Honda's total commitment to customers, before, during and after the sale. It is the highest award that a Honda dealership can receive because it demands the highest personal investment from team members, and produces the greatest results - satisfied, loyal customers.
"We realize what this is an achievement of our entire staff working as a team day after day to achieve excellence," says automotive veteran and co-owner Mike Saporito with former NFL pro-bowler and partner, Jessie Armstead. "The President's Award reflects our total commitment to our customers."
Since initiating the program in 1995, the President's Award is the most prestigious honor that Honda grants to its dealerships. This program is designed to recognize top-performing dealerships in the areas of training, sales, customer treatment, business management, and facilities. Each dealership's performance in these key areas is measured and scored against several criteria. Dealerships must earn a minimum of 70 points out of 100 and place in the top 15 percent of the Honda dealer body in terms of their total score to be awarded President's Award status for the year 2010. Hamilton Honda received 100 points and placed in the top 1% nationally for the Honda President's award in 2010.
