Contest Rules

1) No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win. A Purchase or Payment Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

2) Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States & the District of Columbia & Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick &

Ontario (excluding residents of Quebec & residents of the states of Alaska & Hawaii) who are twenty one (21) years of age or older and who have a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's

license at the time of entry.Void in Quebec and the states of Alaska & Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. This Contest is subject to all applicable

federal, state, local & provincial laws, rules & regulations. Family members and employees of Hamilton Honda, Hollyrock/Miller and NextGen Advertising are ineligible.

3) To enter complete an Official Entry Form (while supplies last) and deposit it in the Official Entry Box. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete,

illegible, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, incorrect, or misdirected entries; for inaccurate entry or other Contest related information, printing, typographical

or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, or in other Promotion related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of

the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

4) One (1) Grand Prize: A New 2010 Honda Civic. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion Proof of insurance & a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license required for car

delivery. Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees & any car options not included per Sponsor, & other costs and expenses related to car acceptance

(other than delivery) and/or use not specified herein as being provided are Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor shall determine vehicle color & specifications, in its

sole discretion. Approximate mileage of vehicle at time of award: TBD (estimated). Vehicle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the vehicle

awarded. Grand Prize winner will be chosen from entrants. Grand Prize winner must be present at the time of final drawing.

5) Drawing: Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/6/10.

Potential winners will be notified at the telephone number provided on his/her entry no later than 1:00 PM CT on 9/20/10.

6) Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a

prize

(or applicable portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. By entering, entrants agree: 1) that Sponsor and their designees shall have the

right & permission to use entrant's name and/or picture, photograph, image, video, or biographical information or voice and/or other likeness and prize information for trade,

advertising, promotional and/or any other purposes in any media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation,

consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; & 2) that the Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability & will

be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other

person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or other activity related

thereto and any injury and/or harm resulting from use of any prize) and/or participation in this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries
