5/14/2013 I recently had my car serviced at Hamilton Honda for the first time and my advisor Don Jengo was amazing . He went as far as emailing me a photo of the problem and explained its specific function. Being skeptical of dealers and not very trusting I could not have been more comfortable. Hats off to Hamilton Honda and Don for being so professional and doing everything right... Even washing my car!

5/11/2013 The dealership is really unbelievable, so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of vehicles and will do their absolute best to give you the best price. Toss in the lifetime of free oil changes and car washes, clean, comfortable waiting area for car purchasing and service and you have a one of a kind dealership. The salesman (Steve) was great, once we struck a deal everything from paperwork completion, to delivery and explanation of the new vehicle was done quickly but not rushed.
5/11/2013 This was the second Honda we bought at Hamilton in the past 6 months. From the moment you walk in the door they treat you like family. First rate every step of the way remember it is a car dealer and it is about you buying. But they do it with class they made it so easy got just the car i wanted and paid about what I expected. When you are buying a car remember to add in the car washes and oil changes that you will never pay for again I know they are small ticket items but if you plan on owning your car for 10 years like I do then those small ticket items add up. Would recommend them have recommended them and will continue.

He answered all our questions that we had about the CRV and told us about features we did not realize the CRV had. What my husband and I like about Hamilton Honda is how helpful and friendly all of the sales people and service people are. daiseyjane 5/8/2013 This is the third time my husband and I have gone to Zack to purchase a Honda vehicle. Zack again provided us with an exceptional experience. He was able to have us in the vehicle of my husband's choice in a matter of 3 days. He does not rush you through your purchase and he ensures that you know all that you can about the car before leaving the dealership. My husband and I live over 60 miles from Hamilton Honda however Zack makes the trip worth it. I have recommended not just him but the dealership as well to everyone I know. I greatly appreciate Zack and all he has done for my family. It is nice to have a salesman who genuinely cares about you and leaves you feeling like you a superstar or celebrity. More salesman (although I think of him as family) ought to be like him.

Aside from Dan being very friendly and accommodating, he was very knowledgeable about all the features of the new model and genuinely wanted to give me the best deal possible. He was straightforward when answering all of my questions and made the buying process as easy as possible. I love my new CR-V and will absolutely recommend Dan and the team at Hamilton Honda to others.
4/30/2013 Daniel Balling is the most knowledge cars sales man I ever met. He was share and knew everything I asked about. His attitude and enthusiasm is what really brought my dad and I back the next day to buy my new car from Honda!!! I owe him that thanks for being there for me the whole way and giving me such a good first time buyer experience. 4/25/2013 Ian Gordon and Adam Welsh made great efforts to make my first Honda purchase a very pleasant experience. There is a Honda dealership closer to where I live, but I really did not appreciate their balloon sales antics, all full of hot air! Also, my local dealership saw a woman with child walk in, and completely tried to undermine this buyer!! Unacceptable. Ian and Andrew did not waste my valuable time. They offered not only a great deal on my car, but offered professional and courteous service throughout the purchasing process, and even followed through after the purchase. Honda vehicles sells itself. But I am glad I came to Hamilton Honda. I highly recommend this dealership and Ian and/or Adam. Between my husband and I, we have been through many dealerships for our various vehicles, practically one every year (chronic leases)! From the time he introduced himself when we got there to look at a 2013 Honda Civic to the moment we bought the car. He took us to test drive, explaining everything the car had to offer. 4/17/2013 From start to finish, this was by far the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. I was lucky enough to work with Sean(Finance) and Adam Welsh as my salesman. Adam was great in every aspect of the purchase. What specifically impressed me was his consistent attention to every detail. He spent a ton of time with us, and even after he had completed the sale and could have looked for his next customer, he stayed with us and showed us everything our new truck could do. Would highly recommend Adam to all my friends and family.

4/13/2013 WOW! It was well worth the ride down from NYC to meet Zack (Senior sales consultant), Max (Finance) and the staff at team Hamilton Honda. Hamilton Honda was the cleanest, friendliest dealership I visited on my search for a 2013, Accord coupe EXL-V6. From the initial phone call they spent ample time pre and post sale to make sure I was completely comfortable with the technology, financing and paperwork. I look forward to speaking with them again when I am ready to trade in the Accord Coupe.
Zack Musari , my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me no pressure. They treated us with respect and were straightforward during the negotiation process. They stepped us through the purchase activities in a very efficient fashion. They highlighted the value of the dealership package as a whole -- inventory of quality vehicles that are more than competitive with industry rivals and maintenance services delivered through an impressive facility, including free oil changes and car washes. They went out their way to ensure that we knew how to take advantage of the new vehicle's features before we drove it off of the lot. 4/2/2013 Hamilton Honda has come up with a service model on how to sell cars that hopefully will become the norm in the industry. Buying a car is normally a very stressful process that most buyers go into with very little trust of dealerships and sales people. Hamilton Honda has taken the stress out of the car buying equation with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I met with a fantastic salesman named Dan C. who sat with me and discussed my needs. He then got the car of my choice for a test drive and thorough explained all the options and new technology. We came up with a fair price for the car and I was provided as much time as was necessary to make a comfortable decision on my purchase. There was absolutely no pressure. Dan and Hamilton appeared to be more concerned with my satisfaction than a quick sale. This was very appreciated. I find that the whole Hamilton Honda experience from sales, to the finance department, and the the service department has be enjoyable. They made me feel like family. I bought the car over a month ago and am still getting followup communications with my salesperson Dan C. to make sure that I am enjoying my car and checking to see if I need anything. What a great experience buying a new car at Hamilton Honda has been!!

3/22/2013 My husband and I had gotten an Internet quote on a 2013 Honda Accord from Phil Florentino . We went to the dealership and were referred to Richard Ruff, a salesman. Richard explained all the features on the car before going with us for a test drive. While on the test drive, he continued to explain and point out the features of the car. He took us on a tour of the dealership, which is absolutely beautiful, and he introduced us to a member of the service department. When it came down to making the deal, he was very understanding of our needs and wants and worked with us. He was polite and respectful and did not push us into anything. Once our financing deal was ready, we then went in with Sean McHugh, the finance manager. Our paperwork was all ready and Sean explained everything in great detail. He worked with us to get a great rate and helped us to decide which features we wanted to add, such as an extended warranty. He also was very professional and courteous and made the process easy and painless. Richard then explained how everything worked on the car and got everything set up for us. He was patient and worked hard to make us feel comfortable with our new car. We had a wonderful experience at Hamilton Honda unlike anything we have ever experienced at a car dealership. We never felt that we were being taken advantage of. We would gladly recommend Hamilton Honda and Richard and Sean to our friends and family and would certainly not hesitate to do business with them again.

3/19/2013 The sales team at Hamilton Honda were friendly and helpful from start to finish! Even before I committed to a sale, they treated me as a prized customer. They were not over-zealous salesmen and did not make me feel forced into purchasing anything. The finance team's treatment was the same. Everyone ensured my comfort with my purchase and answered any and all questions I had. The added bonus of a Lifetime of Oil Changes and Car washes was a wonderful addition to the sale. I had remote start added onto my vehicle and the time it took to have everything installed was almost no wait at all! The service area was very nice and inviting. The waiting area was phenomenal with its tv's and seating. There is even a gift shop on site! LOL I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks!

3/17/2013 I just bought a 2013 Civic. Going to Hamilton Honda was a no--brainer... it's convenient, free car washes and oil changes and a NO PRESSURE experience. Seth , my salesman, was reasonable, patient, attentive to ALL my concerns and willing to got out of his way on several occasions to help. Yes, I knew I wanted a Honda civic before I arrived and they respected me throughout the experience. I'm coming back for my next car and I will look for Seth.

3/5/2013 I made an internet inquiry on a certified Honda Fit Sport and received a phone call within 10 minutes from Gianna welcoming me to come see the car. I was treated with respect from every employee at Hamilton Honda, which I greatly appreciate . They gave me a good trade-in value on my 2001 Subaru Forester and committed to the internet price and all offers advertised on the car. I am impressed with the dealership and look forward to taking my car there even though it is a 30 minute drive from my home. Andrew Jones was very professional and open to staying late so I could see the car just before closing. Rebecca Morone was very informed as she helped me find the best financing package for my needs. I was pleased with Honda's financing rates. Thank you. I will definitely recommend this team to prospective buyers. I thought the smaller body and engine of the Honda Fit Sport would be a disappointment but I truly like the car and can already see my savings at the gas pump.

We also worked with the service manager Joel McComsey on another issue ( recall on another Honda we own). He was excellent, great customer service, honest and friendly.

The car we purchased was in excellent condition when we got it and everything about using it was fully explained. Jim put together very good warranty and upgrade packages for us. I truly enjoyed the experience once more and in particular Mr. Balling and Ms. Morone were extremely helpful throughout the process. My salesman, Daniel Balling, was very knowledgeable about Hondas and walked me through the process with ease. He answered all my and my husbands numerous questions in great detail. I felt I was being treated with royalty by all, especially my sales consultant, Dan Balling, who took the time and patience to answer all my questions and fully explain all of the new features of my newly purchased 2013 Accord EX-L. 2/20/2013 The first thing you notice about Hamilton Honda is the impressively large showroom floor. You are immediately greeted by the friendly staff Everyone from the front desk all the way to the Business Director had an impressively friendly demeanor and all of them are willing to help. The service center is comprehensive and easy to access and the lounge is comfortable and well stocked. There is really nothing to dislike about Hamilton Honda. For the first time I didn't dread leasing a new vehicle, thanks primarily to Hamilton Honda and the pleasantries of Ian, Steve, and Rebecca

1/31/2013 My wife and I have been fans of Hamilton Honda for one reason or another since they opened their doors. The employees tell it like it is and seem to be really down-to-earth. In fall of 2012, we bought our second Odyssey in 3 years from Hamilton Honda. After only spending about an hour with Ian Gordan, we felt like we knew him forever. We dealt with Sean McHugh on this car for the final financing paperwork again (after having worked with him back in 2010 already) and were pleased with the consistency in his work year after year. Make no mistake about it, when you go to Hamilton Honda, you're going to a place that strives to knock your socks off!In addition, I want to add that my experience with Ian has continued past the time of sale. I run an insurance agency and he has been instrumental in helping many customers get insurance for their new purchases over the past months. He really cares about the customer throughout the entire experience. Kudos Ian, and thanks for being so easy to work with!
1/31/2013 This dealership stands out among few that I recently visited. The staffs, Ira Doubert and Rich Goldstein, were very courteous and professional. I fixed the price over the phone and didn't have to pay a penny more. No pressure, just very relaxing environment. Usually you have to pick between the two - Good price or good experience. This dealership provided both to me and I'm thankful.
1/30/2013 I have bought or leased more than 17 cars over the years. Some cars much more higher end than the Honda I just leased. Dan Balling BY FAR has been the best representative I have EVER dealt with, and Hamilton Honda is on par or above the likes of Infiniti, Lexus, or Volvo in their amenities and service. I couldn't recommend this dealership & Dan more!

say. We like the way they treat us! We appreciate all the work that Anthony
Lidondici, Humberto Salas, James Confredo and Carl Thompson did in getting us in
our 2013 Civic. It's nice to know you can call on any of them if the need
arises. It not just about the sale. If you don't understand or forgot what they
mentioned about a particular option/feature or alternatives in banking related
terms/options - just ask! I know my wife did numerous time regarding rates,
credit scores; etc.
1/19/2013 My wife and I arrived at Hamilton Honda with optimism
about buying another vehicle. We had a year left to pay off our car which had
106,000 miles. It needed work under the hood, tires, suspension work and much
more work than I wanted to repair. We thought, who is going to payoff this car?
Let me add we have financial obligations out this world and less than perfect
credit. After we sat and talked over our situation with Andrew he was certain he
could help us. He was right. Hours later, after a test drive some phone calls,
we drove off in a 2012 Honda Accord EX with less than 20,000 miles. The down
payment was kept to a minimum allowing us to not skip a beat with our other
financial obligations. We are gracious for the patience and courtesy displayed
throughout the process. I need to mention they even gave us a free lunch from
the cafe located at the dealership. Great experience!

is by far one of the best dealerships.I recently went there to purchase a new
Accord. I spoke to Rich Goldstein on the phone many times and he gave me a great
price. He was extremely helpful and very honest, and explained the pricing very
well so there were no surprises when I got there. I went in and Ira Doubert was
my sales consultant. He already had the price written up for me and had the car
ready to test drive. He made the process so simple and spent a great deal of
time explaining the vehicle. Rebecca Morone wrote up all the finance papers. It
was a very simple process to purchase the vehicle without all the hassle and the
back and forth negotiation you would find at most other dealerships. It was
really a hassle free experience. The staff there was amazing. They were all very
friendly, and courteous and have definitely exceeded my expectations. I would
highly recommend this dealership over any other Honda dealerships. I even drove
over an hour just to get to them.

There was a sincerity amongst all of them. Very personal and friendly. Enjoyed working will all of them and would refer them in an instant. Very happy with new car and my husband plans to trade in his honda for an new one at the end of this year.
1/12/2013 Patrick Sullivan was great to work with. Took his time showing me the car and was very knowledgeable of the Honda products. What he really sold me on was the Hamilton dealership and their Parts and Service department.
1/12/2013 Just leased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L from Hamilton Honda, Hamilton, NJ. What an
experience! I have been buying and leasing cars for 40 years and this by far was
my best encounter with a car dealership. A friend recommended the dealership and
the sales consultant, Dan Balling, who he had dealt with for his Honda purchase.
I first contacted Dan by email advising him of Honda model I was looking for as
well as the lease payment, lease period, and financing I desired. Within a few
emails we orally had the deal. We met at the dealership on a Friday at 5:00 pm
and I was out the door by 7:30 pm. Dan was fantastic! He knows the Honda
product. He personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and he spent a great deal of
time with us. I never felt rushed or pushed. The dealership is immaculate. The
entire Hamilton Honda staff was friendly and you real feel that they appreciate
and value their customers and that feeling will continue long after the sale. I
would highly recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone.
1/11/2013 They were very easy to deal with. I emailed Rich Goldstein and received a great Internet price the next day. I picked a day and
time that was good for me to come in and test drive and see the vehicle. I was
introduced to Steven Seidner he showed me the vehicle went over all of the
options and features with me and then we went for a test drive. There was not a
3 hour long hassle with price, we struck a deal rather quickly. When it came to
financing the women Tammy was very nice and not pushy. She recommended some add
on that would benefit me but did not push them on me. The whole experience was
great and I would return to buy from again.
1/9/2013 Deciding to lease our Honda 2013 CRV from Hamilton Honda
was truly an outstanding experience. Our sales consultant, Ira Doubert was very
friendly, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the CRV. Ira was very
thorough in explaining all the benefits of leasing our vehicle from Hamilton
including lifetime free oil changes, complimentary car washes and a 40 bay
service center. Anthony Lidondici was the sales manager that handled our lease.
Anthony offered us a very fair offer for our trade-in and handled our lease on
the CRV with ease. Anthony was also very friendly and did not pressure us to
lease the car from Hamilton. The finance manager, Tammy Olsen was also a
pleasure to deal with and was very thorough in explaining the additional plans
for warranty protection that were available. In summary, I had a truly
outstanding experience with my CRV lease and highly recommend you to see Ira
when visiting Hamilton Honda for your next purchase or lease.
1/8/13 The adventure of buying/leasing a new car can be, most of the times, not good. This was not the case with our leasing of a 2013 Honda Accord. Simply said, our Sales Associate, Rasaq Musari (Zack) was fantastic. He knew his job, and did it well. The same goes for our Business Manager, Sean McHugh. If you want a good experience, go see Hamilton Honda and talk with Zack, I know you will not be disappointed.
1/7/13 We walked in on a snowy Dec 29 and walked out a few hours later with a used 2011 CR-V. Everyone, especially our salesman Andrew, made the experience an actual pleasure. How often do you hear that about a dealership? Honda of Hamilton was willing to work with us on budget, price, a best match and easy financing. Thanks!
1/5/13 My daughters car was totaled and not having allot of credit history Hamilton Honda jumped through hoops to get my daughter in a new car. I am looking in the spring for myself. Great finance dept and great sales staff.
1/4/13 The experience we had at Hamilton Honda was fantastic.The staff respect customers and value the relationship with Customers.We had the opportunity to communicate with Steven Seidner, and the way he dealt right from the walk in until the purchase was awesome. I am thoroughly impressed and would like to have a long lasting relationship with Hamilton Honda.

1/2/13 Overall, my experience at Hamilton Honda for the second time (I previously leased an Accord 3 years ago) was wonderful. I was greeted immediately and given help as soon as I got there. I was not pushed or made to feel like I was being pushed. Dan Balling was great! He gave us so much information about my CR-V and also helped us to figure out the best car for us. He spent about 5 hours with us and never once made us to feel like we were wasting his time or pressured. I loved my experience at Hamilton Honda and will recommend it to all of my friends. I love my new CR-V!
