Hamilton Honda was recommended by a friend of ours who had recently purchased an automobile from this dealer for his daughter. Given the often dreaded car purchasing experience I walked into the dealer with my guard up. I was quickly put at ease by Mike Bendar's friendly and outgoing nature and I felt more like I was being welcomed into a new family rather than being sold something. Mike showed us around the entire dealership (which is immaculate and beautiful, I might add, other dealers take note). We were in the market for a pre-owned Odyssey and Mike quickly showed us two in our price range and we were offered the chance to test drive both. We quickly agreed on a mutually agreeable deal and we off to the races. Hamilton Honda is not your typical car dealership; I actually look forward to going over there--free lifetime oil changes and free car washes too-what's not to like!
We will recommend family, friends and anybody else we hear of that's in the market for a new or pre-owned automobile. Keep up your high standards team.

Richard made the experience of buying a car easy. The normal back and forth between the salesman, manager and buyer was limited. We told him what we wanted to spend and how much we had to put down and trade in and in less than 90 minutes the deal was done. Delivery was easy and again took just over an hour. The financing was well explained and easy to do. Overall this is the quickest easiest car purchase I have ever had. I would highly recommend Richard Ruff at Hamilton Honda. He made car buying easy!

We just bought our 2nd car in 4 months from Richard Ruff and could not be more pleased. Our daughter needed a car and Hamilton Honda had the right car (Civic) at the right price and in the exact color she wanted. Rich worked with us to understand our needs and delivered the car that we had targeted. The entire experience at this dealership is different than any that I've ever experienced at any other car dealership. This is a completely first class operation with a commitment to providing the customer with a superior car buying experience. I strongly recommend that prospective car purchasers go to Hamilton Honda and seek out Rich, you will not be disappointed. Rich actually called last week (3 weeks after we bought the car) to make sure my daughter got back to college OK and was enjoying the car. What a class act! Thanks Rich and thank you Hamilton Honda!

I would highly recommend Hamilton Honda and Vivian Ogbonnaya in particular. They worked with me on price and increased the value of my trade-in so that I could buy the brand new Civic I wanted. I never felt pressure to buy either. I wanted a very specific car, and they helped me to find it so that I got exactly what I wanted. I've had my car for 5 months now and I love it! I thought everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. I've taken my car back a few times for the free car washes and oil changes and found everyone in the service department to be incredibly nice and helpful. Overall it was a really great experience!

I have to first thank Ceal Vista-Johnson for her passion. This woman truly enjoys helping other people.I went to Hamilton Honda for an estimate after a minor fender bender accident. Within 30min, I had an estimate (which was more than fair and comparable to another estimate I received from an independent auto body shop). I dropped my car off the following week to have the repair work completed. When I went to the dealer that day, Ceal had the day off, however, she carefully orchestrated the whole plan prior to my arrival that day(from dropping my car off to contacting the rental car office). The process was seamless with the help of Jonathon (thanks Jonathon) who also helped out with my car in Ceal's absence.The total repair took about a day and I was picking up my vehicle the following evening. Ceal, you're an amazing woman, a real "superstar" with a true passion for your career. I surely will have my car serviced at this dealership for many years to come!!!!!! Hamilton Honda Rocks!!!!!!!!
Drove 90 min to this dealership from Rockland County, NY. By far, they blew away each and every Honda Dealership in the NY/NJ/PA area in terms of price. Noone could touch their deals on a 2012 Accord lease. I needed a 2nd vehicle for my wife and had been shopping for a new Accord. Zach Musari was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to find the color I wanted and show us the car we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely deal with Zach. He will take great care of you. Although I won't be using them for free car washes and free oil changes since I live far away it adds a great touch to know that its offered. Will definitely come back to get another car from Hamilton Honda.

I went there to look for a Pilot and best price. I got a price from another dealer in N.J. on a 2012 Pilot and wanted to see if Hamilton came close, well they beat that price and made my shoping experince a positive one.very happy with the staff and sales dept.also like the Free car wash and Oil change.saves me money. The staff was very nice, very thorough, and very fair. I believe I got a good deal on my car. The finance team has been very helpful listening to my concerns and returning my calls after the fact. I wish my paperwork was received in a more timely fashion but that might be the fault of the DMV, not the dealer.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was very enthusiastic about the facility he worked in and took time to show us around and explain how everything works as far as bringing the car in for service and the structure of the whole dealership.
He was very confident about Honda products in general and seemed to love what he was doing. Dan was thorough and very knowledgeable about the car and made sure we understood how to work everything before we left the dealer. We will definitely recommend Dan and your Honda dealership to our friends.

I visited Hamilton Honda because I was trying to get rid of a car that I was upside down in. When we pulled up there were several salesmen outside, we were lucky enough to have Romesh Chandra come over to us. From the beginning he was very friendly, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. He took his time explaining everything to us so we could make an educated decision. Even when things looked bleak, he did everything he could to assure us that things would work out. Romesh and the manager worked with us to get the best deal possible, which I felt they gave me. I've been to several other dealers in the past few months, all of them said flat out "there's nothing we can do for you." Romesh always gave me hope that things could be worked out. The dealership itself was very nice, clean, friendly and accomodating as far as beverages, snacks and even the bathrooms were conveniently located. I've never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealer before!
The folks at Hamilton Honda turned my car shopping experience around. As a recent college grad my budget is tight but I still wanted a reliable certified preowned vehicle. After visitng other Honda dealers in the area my expectations were low and I was unsure if my needs would be met. At Honda of Hamilton I was plesantly surprised. Patrick Sullivan greeted me and focused on what was most important to me (budget) first and worked within my constraints from the start. There was no pressure. Patrick was willing to sit down and crunch numbers with me before I even test drove the car I eventually purchased. With the support of Dalton and finance we were able to find a compromise, they got a sale and I left as a happy Honda Accord owner.

STEVEN KLIEWE was the most professional, most knowledgeable Sales Person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've purchased multiple new and used vehicles from various dealerships and this was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable experience I've had. From start to finish STEVEN KLIEWE was professional, knowledgeable, easy going and polite. Any questions I had were answered confidently. There was no pressure, no rush and it was easy to make the right decision to buy the right vehicle. James Confredo in financing was also a pleasure to deal with. Anthony Puma Is the best as far as I am concerned at Hamilton Honda, He was very caring and understanding, and was able to get me into my new Ridgelin RTL, When due to my current problems because of the economy, I didn't think he would be able to. But he really stuck with it, He is a true asset to Hamilton Honda, also The man who sells extended warranties Jim, was very good and friendly, no pressure, Its nice to come back in, a few days later and Anthony and Jim remembered me. Which is unusual, for a dealership, I have dealt with other Honda dealerships in the area, and was not treated as well, felt like a number instead of a person. ANTHONY PUMA and JIM are the best, that Hamilton Honda has as far as I am concerned. I fell like I can come to either one of them even after the sale is complete, and they will help. Anthony stuck with me, through all the detailing and minor repairers that needed to be done on my Ridgeline RTL, He didn't drop the ball at all, Like in other dealerships. Hamilton Honda is the best, with people like Anthony Puma and Jim the extended warranty salesman.

I traveled quite a distance to shop at this dealership and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The service and attention I received was nothing like any of my prior auto deals (all with dealerships on Route 22 in Union County.) I leased a 2012 Honda Civic LX for a great price and I get free oil changes for as long as I own the car and free car washes as often as I like. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I leased this car out of necessity more than anything but I will return to Hamilton Honda for my next deal.

Andrew took his time with us and wasn't pushy on making a sale. Very pleasant to work with. Took his time to go over the Odyssey with us. Showed us how to use the Bluetooth and many other features that the Odyssey has. Asked us many times if we had any questions. Becky was very helpful with the finance part of the deal. She explained everything to us. Took her time going over all the paper work.

I found a great lease deal online, the best that was out there. Adam greeted us as soon as we walked in. He listened to what I needed and wanted. Was very knowledgeable about the car and really wanted to do what was right for me. Adam was very friendly, personable. We actually had a fun and were very comfortable from the beginning. Anthony tried very hard to work with me as far as price and really did all that he could to get me to where I needed to be. Rebecca was thorough and explained everything very well. I would definitely go back and also recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I drove 40 miles to see how accurate an ad I saw in the newspaper was-not thinking that the ad was 100 % legit--- it was -- and the sales & finance guys were straight forward ,helpful , & knowledgeable about both the product & process.On my first visit to service I found the attributes extended to the service dept. especially Jordan.

It's been 4 1/2 yrs. since I was in a new car dealer show room. That negative experience was still with me when I walked into Hamilton Honda. I met Romesh who was to be my sales person. He knew the inventory and found the Accord I was looking for. The more I dealt with Romesh the more that previous negative experienc dissipated. We were recently in the market for a new car so we stopped by Hamilton Honda. We were very satisfied with the service we received from Joe Hendry. He took the time to listen to our needs and show us a car we liked and at a good price.

Zach was vey proffessional and friendly and helped me select my new honda accord coupe.He gave me much assurance that I would be taken care of by honda and I felt more like family tan just a customer. Jim from finace was also a godsend helping me get the best value for the car. I didnt know anything about the car buying process but Zach and Jim made it a pleasurable experience and I will continue to do business with Hamilton Honda and recommend Hamilton Honda to my family and friends.
